Bring your documents
Bring your purchase invoice, import documentation, and a valid identity document and we will review everything before we begin to ensure nothing is missing. The exact paperwork required varies depending on the vehicle's country of origin and registration history, and we know exactly what applies to your situation. If anything needs to be obtained or corrected, we tell you upfront so there are no delays later.
We prepare the file
We compile and complete your entire RAR dossier, cross-checking every document against current requirements to ensure nothing is incomplete or out of sequence. Our objective is always to submit correctly the first time, avoiding the delays and frustration of a rejected file. We have been through the process enough times to know precisely where mistakes are commonly made and how to prevent them.
Inspection arranged
We book the RAR inspection appointment and accompany the vehicle ourselves, so you do not need to take time away from work or home to attend. Our familiarity with the inspection procedure means the visit proceeds efficiently, and we handle any questions from the inspectors directly. There is nothing for you to do on inspection day.
Plates on, road ready
Once the inspection passes and registration is complete, your vehicle receives its Romanian plates and a full registration certificate. We walk you through the documents before you leave so that everything is clear and properly understood. From that point, your car is fully legal on Romanian roads and ready to enjoy.
